Exercise Tools
The Power of 10: The Once-A-Week Slow Motion Fitness Revolutions – Adam Zickerman
This book talks about the slow motion fitness routine that lasts about 20 minutes a couple times a week. http://offerlast.com/slow
Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead
Excellent video about an Australian who documented his juicing fast. He not only lost the pounds but got off his medications, too.

Needak Rebounder
Top quality and a very soft bounce. This is the one I own. It’s easy to use for 5 to 10 minutes on a break. You can use it for a quick 5 minute Tabata or just jump for 10 or 15 minutes.

Total Gym
This is what I use 3 or 4 days a week. It’s so convenient to have at home and easy to use. If you have a hard time getting to the gym, this is an easy way to get a good workout without getting in your car.

Health Machines
E-Power Machine, Chi Machine, ERE, Hot House
These are excellent health machines that I use. For more info read and watch some of the videos here:

Kitchen Gadgets
Nutribullet Pro 900
More powerful than the original Nutribullet and so easy to use and clean. It’s not as powerful as a VitaMix, but for most smoothies this is quick and easy. This newer model also does a good job of pulverizing nuts and seeds in the drinks. Extremely easy to clean. There is a newer Nutribullet RX, but the cups are larger and I already had a bunch of cups that fit this unit. This is an excellent option for those on a budget.

VitaMix Blender
This is my current favorite blender. It even pulverizes the seeds in black berries. I praticulary appreciate the variable speeds and plunger. It’s much more powerful than the nutribullet and good for larger quantities or for blending things like black berries and kale that the nutribullet just can’t pulverize.

Fusion Juicer
Great for carrot juice and other fruits and vegetables. Juices 3 or 4 carrots at a time and is easy to clean. Not as good for leafy greens, but other types of juicing machines that are better for leafy greens are much slower. Good for those on a budget. This is one I purchased for nearly half price. Steep discount here –

Kuvings Slow Juicer
This is my favorite juicer. Most of the fruits and vegetables are self feeding. Drop them in the top and the machine does the rest. This does an excellent job juicing greens and you’ll get a much higher juice yield than centrifical juicers like the Fusion Juicer.

InstaPot Cooker
I love this cooker. It has 7 features in one machine. It’s a Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Saute/Browning, Yogurt Maker, Steamer & Warmer. I use it to quickly cook soups, whole potatoes, and steamed veggies. You can cook a whole potato or soup in 30 minutes instead of 1 or 2 hours. It’s made out of stainless steel and not teflon.
