Here are a list of Resources I recommend for being organized. The first is the FREE 2-sheet planner I made and used for years.

Organization Books/Audios:

Getting Things Done – Robert Allen
Good book for learning more details on how to think about prioritizing, and more tips on getting things done.

7 Laws Of A Learner – Bruce Wilkinson
Excellent book on how to teach, but also on encouraging the people around you.

Personal Prayer Journal – Jean Welles
Good place to record and track your prayers. I’ve used several prayer journals but none were set up the way I like to pray, so I made one that does.

The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM)
What do most successful people have in common? They get up early. This is an excellent book with tips on how to become an early morning person.

The 12 Week Year: Get More Done in 12 Weeks than Others Do in 12 Months
An interesting way to think about goals. It’s easier to envision getting something finished in 3 months instead of year  goals.

Planner Pads
This was my favorite paper planner and I used these for years. If you don’t want to use a computer software apps, check this one out. Now, I prefer the electronic options, but it’s a good planner.

Software Tools & Services

This is the software tool that I use everyday to enter my repeating activities and capture ideas. It easily integrates with other services like Evernote and DropBox. Plus, you can add team members and give them permission to some of the projects.  It works on all platforms…PC, Mac, iPad, Android, and Web based too. Use the code ‘special’ for a lifetime 10% discount.

Only for Macs. The program I used to use for capturing ideas and planning the activities each day.

A free tool for planning out projects. Works on any type of computer or smart phone and you can share the boards with others.

Paper Tiger
Excellent alternative to using File Maker. Can be a software program on your PC or hosted in the cloud for sharing with others.

Manage WP
If you have WordPress websites, this service will save you a lot of time. You can manage and update everything from one dashboard. With a click of a button all of your plug-ins on any server will be updated.

Very useful service for sharing large files over several platforms or with other people.

Easy way to collect and find notes, images, in this free app. It syncs over all your devices.-

Last Pass
Neat solution to safely storing passwords. It’s free for your local computer and there is a small yearly charge to access passwords from your mobile devices. There is also an Enterprise option for storing and sharing passwords with groups of people. –

Another solution for safely storing passwords. This is the best solution for families or individuals. It’s a one time fee and you can sync all of your devices. Works on Mac, PC, and mobile. Now this is an option for individual or teams.

Exercise Tools

The Power of 10: The Once-A-Week Slow Motion Fitness Revolutions – Adam Zickerman
This book talks about the slow motion fitness routine that lasts about 20 minutes a couple times a week.

Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead
Excellent video about an Australian who documented his juicing fast. He not only lost the pounds but got off his medications, too.

Needak Rebounder
Top quality and a very soft bounce. This is the one I own. It’s easy to use for 5 to 10 minutes on a break. You can use it for a quick 5 minute Tabata or just jump for 10 or 15 minutes.

Total Gym
This is what I use 3 or 4 days a week. It’s so convenient to have at home and easy to use. If you have a hard time getting to the gym, this is an easy way to get a good workout without getting in your car.

Health Machines

E-Power Machine, Chi Machine, ERE, Hot House
These are excellent health machines that I use. For more info read and watch some of the videos here:

Kitchen Gadgets

Nutribullet Pro 900
More powerful than the original Nutribullet and so easy to use and clean. It’s not as powerful as a VitaMix, but for most smoothies this is quick and easy. This newer model also does a good job of pulverizing nuts and seeds in the drinks. Extremely easy to clean. There is a newer Nutribullet RX, but the cups are larger and I already had a bunch of cups that fit this unit. This is an excellent option for those on a budget.

VitaMix Blender
This is my current favorite blender. It even pulverizes the seeds in black berries. I praticulary appreciate the variable speeds and plunger. It’s much more powerful than the nutribullet and good for larger quantities or for blending things like black berries and kale that the nutribullet just can’t pulverize.

Fusion Juicer
Great for carrot juice and other fruits and vegetables. Juices 3 or 4 carrots at a time and is easy to clean. Not as good for leafy greens, but other types of juicing machines that are better for leafy greens are much slower. Good for those on a budget. This is one I purchased for nearly half price. Steep discount here –

Kuvings Slow Juicer
This is my favorite juicer. Most of the fruits and vegetables are self feeding. Drop them in the top and the machine does the rest. This does an excellent job juicing greens and you’ll get a much higher juice yield than centrifical juicers like the Fusion Juicer.

InstaPot Cooker
I love this cooker. It has 7 features in one machine. It’s a Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Saute/Browning, Yogurt Maker, Steamer & Warmer. I use it to quickly cook soups, whole potatoes, and steamed veggies. You can cook a whole potato or soup in 30 minutes instead of 1 or 2 hours. It’s made out of stainless steel and not teflon.
